A three-part, live online Workshop with Alice Cory
The roots of who we are today lie in our past.
That past may be childhood, or it may be as recent as last month.
Some experiences remain supportive and quietly guide us forward.
Others have stayed long after their usefulness has passed.
Each experience leaves an energetic imprint.
These imprints influence how we respond to stress, how we relate to others, how easily we find calm, and how we see ourselves.
Often, they operate below awareness, repeating familiar patterns even when we consciously want something different.
This workshop offers a grounded, practical exploration of energy imprints and gentle ways of working with them.
The emphasis is on awareness, choice, and self-respect.
Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.
Awareness itself often becomes the beginning of change.

Workshop Sessions
This workshop is made up of three online sessions delivered live by Alice Cory, Teacher & Mentor of Subtle Energy, Intuition, Self-Healing, and Conscious Awareness.

Q&A: Saturday 28 March, 13:30 ET
All sessions will be recorded, with access given to ticket-holders following each session.

This workshop is for those who:

This class is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience in understanding energy and vibration. No prior knowledge is required.
Why this work matters
Energy imprints are created through thoughts, emotions, expectations, and experiences. Some are inherited or learned, some are absorbed from others, and some arise from our own life events.
When imprints remain unexamined, they can quietly shape beliefs, emotional reactions, habits, and even the direction of our lives.
When they are recognised, they offer information.
When approached gently, they can soften or release naturally.
Participants often begin to notice greater clarity, increased choice in how they respond, and a clearer distinction between living from the head and living from the heart.

Schedule
Class One – Understanding Energy Imprints
Sunday 8 March, 13:30 ET
This first session introduces what energy imprints are and how they form through experiences, thoughts, emotions, and expectations. Participants will begin to notice how imprints influence perceptions, reactions, and patterns in daily life, and how to recognise whether an imprint is supportive or limiting. The focus is on awareness and understanding, rather than change or release.
A week of restful reflection is given between classes to allow for time to absorb the session and rewatch if desired.
Class Two – Working with Energy Releases
Sunday 22 March, 13:30 ET
The second session explores what it means to work with an energy imprint once it has been recognised. Gentle practices are shared for deciding whether to keep an imprint, live consciously with it, or release it with care and gratitude. Attention is given to the difference between living from the head and living from the heart, and to the role of self-empathy in gradual change.
Q&A Session – Integration and Reflection
Saturday 28 March, 13:30 ET
This session offers space for questions, reflection, and clarification. It allows time to integrate what has been explored across the workshop and to address individual experiences in a calm, supportive setting.
