About the event
The roots of who we are today lie in our past, whether that past is childhood or something far more recent. Experiences leave energetic imprints that quietly shape how we think, feel, and respond in the present. Some of these imprints support us, while others continue long after their purpose has passed, influencing our reactions, emotions, and sense of ease in daily life.
This three-part online workshop offers a grounded, practical exploration of energy imprints and gentle ways of working with them. Participants will learn how to recognize imprints, understand where they come from, and explore simple practices for releasing those that no longer serve, always at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and unhurried.
