An 8-week Harvard study on Meditation led by a Harvard-affiliated team explored what if any measurable effects occurred in the human brain from mediation. MRI scans were used for change measurement.

Those of us who are already familiar with meditative benefits will find the extent of change surprising.

And for those still wondering if this practice is worth the time? Well, this could be your ultimate motivation.

A summary of the study which appeared in the Harvard Gazette is available here. I'd love to discuss this with anyone who may have any questions. Feel free to contact me today!
