Gratitude - An Uplifting Energy

  • Mar 12

It can’t be done.

We can’t feel gratitude and hold onto fears or worries at the same time.

What is Gratitude About

Gratitude can be about anything -

A person

Our health

An experience

A decision

An upcoming adventure

The weather

Our home

A current meal

Just about anything.

Be Thankful!

Yesterday, my first gratitude for the day was waking up to bird song.  This morning, I was thankful for smooth peanut butter.

At this moment as I look out my window, I feel deep connection and gratitude for a small bush showing its first leaves.

Expressing gratitude sets the tone for the day, even if that day goes differently than expected.

When that happens, we can be grateful for lessons learned.

Recognition

Recognizing gratitude connects us more fully with ourselves and opens us to greater awareness of everything around us.

We see more, feel more, appreciate others as well as ourselves.

And why is that?   It opens our heart, increases the vibrance of our inner energy, and expands our vibrational field surrounding us.

And that energy field around us – called a biofield or aura – has a magnetic quality. Positives tend to attract positives.

Suggestions

Journaling your gratitudes is a wonderful way to bring their uplifting energy more fully into your energy field.

It also provides a reminder for those days more challenging to see the positives. It makes no difference if your journal is notepaper, a simple composition booklet from the dollar store, or leather bound.

Another suggestion is having a gratitude partner. Each of you shares your gratitude with the other.

We would love to hear how you express gratitude. A comments section is below for your convenience.
