Secrets for Letting Go

In our July Newsletter, Energy Sharing, we explored Sacred Space and mentioned that energy shifts can be unexpected. They may also take a lengthy time to unfold, especially if a long-time habit, behavior, or belief is involved.


A reader asked what more we can do to encourage shifts in ourselves to enter.


Right Now!

Even though we want the change to happen right now, it may unfurl gradually in steps. It does not seem fair, does it, that we’ve done everything:  become consciously aware of a shift needed, set our intent, and remained focused on releasing it, but it either doesn’t budge or keeps creeping back.


We feel stuck!


Breathe & Relax

As we become more sensitive to the feel of our own energy and those within our surroundings, we will begin to sense when a shift is beginning. But until that time, there are a few simple steps that help, or Secrets for Letting Go.

Letting Go

Letting go and allowing space within your physical body, mind and emotions provide the needed avenue for change energy to enter. Change energy carries the shifts we await. But it needs openness. Heavier, tense energy is other than open.


Does it happen on our time schedule? Rarely!
