Now that we can raise our subtle energy in our hands, how do we send it? For this discussion, let’s set a sample goal for moving energy from our hands into a sore knee. Here are a few tips for sending to ensure your energy is focused:

We are clear about our goal.
Keep our body relaxed. Tenseness restricts energy flow.
Accept how the hand energy feels. It may be tingly, warm, pulsing, etc.
Breath smoothly, sending energy on the exhale.
Stay focused.
Let the energy flow at its own speed and strength.
Do not push or force the energy flow.
Hold our hands on either side of our sore knee.
Stay focused.
Visualize the energy flowing from one hand through the knee to the second hand and back to the first hand.
Generally, the sending hand for females is the right hand; for males, the left. However, this can differ from one individual to the other. Explore our own tendency.
Continue until we no longer feel energy in our hands or the discomfort ebbs away.
